Schneider Engineering Profile Schneider Engineering, Ltd. is an electrical engineering consulting company with engineering, planning, regulatory and field support services for electric utilities. Our goal is to help our Clients succeed in the electric utility business by providing our services at a competitive price and always with quality customer service. SE is a Client-focused organization. Employees SE has over 50 employees (as of 8/1/10). Our employees are professional engineers, engineers in training, CAD technicians, planners, field staking and field support and administration employees. Our employees are the key to our success. Clients Electric Cooperatives, Municipalities that own and operate their electrical distribution systems, Investor-Owned Utilities and electric utility services-construction companies. Project Delivery: We formally review all active projects on a weekly basis to ensure that projects stay on schedule and that all project elements and phases are closely monitored. As a part of our standard processes, we regularly communicate project status, track key project milestones and continually communicate with Clients regarding any issues that might influence the schedule. Our weekly “hot spot” list ensures that our focus is on delivering projects on-schedule and on-budget. Client Relationships: Over the years, SE has worked with dozens of electric cooperatives and municipalities in Texas. Our familiarity with our markets and our individual Clients enables us to implement best practices and leverage our experience.
