Schneider Engineering Ltd. (SE) is an electrical engineering consulting firm that offers engineering and utility support services to electric utilities in Texas and neighboring states. Our Clients uitize SE's services to successfully engineer, manage and operate their electric utility systems. SE is located in Boerne, Texas, in the Texas Hill Country.  We pride ourselves on innovative and effective engineering design, planning and field support and Client-focused customer service.

Company History

Schneider Engineering Ltd. was established in 1991 by O.W. Schneider, the companies’ founder and President. The original vision was to provide quality engineering services to electric cooperatives, municipalities and investor-owned utilities at a competitive price.  O.W. has a strong belief that Client satisfaction and long-term Client relationships are at the heart of a successful consulting business. Over the past 19 years, SE has grown into a firm with over 50 employees, 10 professional engineers and strong engineering, planning and field support teams. In 2006, SE moved into our new office headquarters in Boerne, which has allowed us to increase our efficiency by consolidating all our employees in one location.

Today, our goal is still the same as envisioned in 1991—to help our Clients be successful in the electric utility business. In today’s dynamic business environment, SE continues to add resources to support our engineering products and services. We are constantly looking for new and better ways to serve our Clients.
